She probly thought she was settling that by breaking up with him. The restraining order came about the same time he posted that wackass video saying he stalks his exes and he ain't gon let nobody else have em if he can't.

Haven't they been spilt ..going on about 2 years now? Every since news broke about him having a child...So why are people saying she's just now leaving? This nigga been yelling her name in songs..throwing hints on social media..etc . about wanting her back for at least 2 years..Lol..

To bring into question what took her so long to bring up old abuse is flat out stupid. The old events are being used as validation for the judge to determine whether his threats of physical harm and death are viable.

Then the argument of "she knew what she was getting into", he was a known woman beater... Yea, ok. If people determined who they dated by how their potential s/o's past relationships went, there would be wayyy more single ass people. I personally wouldn't date a known dirtbag but to say she got what she deserved is disgusting.

I keep repeating myself but it seems to go over your head. Real life aint like the movies where the victim gets revenge on the abuser like j lo. I think @BNE mentioned power dynamics in abusive relationships. In the dynamic the abuser is the dominant force and the sub is the abused, there's been plenty of studies that show the power that the dom has over the sub and the lengths that the sub will go to justify and downplay the abusive behavior of the dom. It's almost like the abused is under a spell and no amount of reasoning will get through to them until they're ready to see reality for what it is.

Now add that on top of the victim blaming and shoulda, woulda, coulda critics and you'll see how hard it is for victims to not only separate/protect themselves from the abuser but also come out and tell the world about the abuse.

I'm not her idk what her reasons are. She broke up with him 2 years ago and (I'm assuming) was prepared to live with the fact she was in a bad relationship until she had to provide receipts behind why she wanted this baby voice ass nigga to get gone. She's not asking for him to be in jail, she's not suing him and asking him for money, she just wants this nigga to stop acting like she belongs to him or owes him something and to leave her alone.
