Still tryna get to the point of doing the shit without taking a quick break in the middle. Ima do it again today.

My diet ain't been complete shit but it ain't been optimal either

I been doing band workouts and training with a weight vest

changed up my diet to where 2 out of my three meals vegetarian or vegan

usually breakfast and lunch no meat and then dinner I have a small portion.

I feel great and my body is responding nicely
 
Mostly beans and other veggies that are high in protien like broccoli. I also supplement with plant based protein powder. The brand I use is Vega. It tastes the best

I got you ill post a couple recipes in here.

but I use blackbeans, chickpeas, kidneys

it just depends on what recipe
