Work Out, Get Fit Thread

Work out 4-5 days a week consistently and you will probably notice a difference after 3-4 weeks, maybe sooner but there are lots and lots of variables especially diet.

Gloves create pressure points in the palms and can limit grip strength.

Go get some gotdamn lifting wraps you soft handed hussy!

Calluses will help with your grip, just be patient.
