Drop sets starting at 40 pounds and 15 reps.

Then 35, 30, 25, 20, 15, 10.

Curls, hammer curls, preacher curls

Then switch to triceps and do the same.

Skullcrushers, bench dips, Seated Overhead Dumbbell Extension, Cable Overhead Extension With Rope, close grip bench


The light weight and high reps should resort in muscle failure and a serious pump.
Dope, what increments do you suggest for the dropsets

If I start at 15, then 10, then 5, etc? Or 15, 14 ,13, etc

That ultimately depends on where you are physically.

You may find certain movements easier to do and will need to adjust fire accordingly.
 
Gloves create pressure points in the palms and can limit grip strength.

Go get some gotdamn lifting wraps you soft handed hussy!

Calluses will help with your grip, just be patient.
