Just level them out nothing too crazy.
Shouldnt feel any loose skin but still feel some hard texture.
 
I shave mine with a stone while in the shower. My wife dont like how they feel so I do once a week maintaince. Seems to have prevented tearing thus far.

And i mean who among us is really going ham at the pullup bar or deadlift bar like that?

I bought some collagen protein I’m so excited to start using it
 
finally back up to squatting my bodyweight...feels pretty good

DL and squat are both currently at 205

Bench is up to 160 and overhead press is up to 90 iirc
 
Does quinoa taste good? I have some but I’m hesitant to make it.
