Never fails.
Especially if getting stronger is your goal.

I shave mine with a stone while in the shower. My wife dont like how they feel so I do once a week maintaince. Seems to have prevented tearing thus far.

And i mean who among us is really going ham at the pullup bar or deadlift bar like that?

I got that file that mfs use on their heels and sht now, so they're not reeeeally that bad any more

finally back up to squatting my bodyweight...feels pretty good

DL and squat are both currently at 205

Bench is up to 160 and overhead press is up to 90 iirc
