How high off the ground is it?
 
Sucks to hit a plateau. I'm there on regular bench, improved my grip but still. Might be there too for deadlift

Would love to try this. I already do hanging L's for 30 secs so just to hold for 100 sound pretty easy
 
Yesterday got schooled by a dude whos been lifting professionally for 10+yrs

I needed that motivation and lesson. My arms shot but I'm feel like his tips and advice helped
