Work Out, Get Fit Thread

was gon go get some drinks tonight, but i'm bout to hit the gym

been a long week
 
if im just lifting weights, including stretching, about an hr
 
i found out that the gym tank davis train at, upton boxing only charges $65 for the whole year n shit.....

i'm bout to be up there.....just waiting for pay day..

they do mon-friday classes 5-7

considering my mma gym only did boxing 5-630 tuesday and wednesday......

i think imma be learning a whole lot more while getting in much better shape....

if all things go as planned, i might be getting my sexy back.....

something i don't think the world is truly prepared for
 
I woke out in ankle weights

I don know it's fine it's them or the fact that I'm running again but my calfs are tighter than vagina lips

No pain tho so I'm a keep it up

None lol

I eat whatever but I'm not trying to cut weight so much as stay toned. And fit. I general stay away from fast food, fried food, and shit with high sugars anyway.

I think I'm a cut back on red meat here shortly
