Work Out, Get Fit Thread

All my leg day lifts have gone up since I retired the knee sleeves a month ago

And knees feel better than ever

Realized it only takes a quick set of 15-20 small jumps (imagine jumping rope without a rope) to get the knees warmed up so I don’t need the sleeves, that was really just a crutch
 
Just realized this year marks 20 years that I have been weight training

No significant breaks other than a couple months when my back was really bad

I’m old as shit
 
Right now I’m around 224

Trying to get to 205


I’m around 210 without really working out much but eating right for the most part but I do wanna put on more muscle eventually
 
I’ve been taking so much shit since I’m trying to take working out seriously. My sister works for a healthcare company so I get free supplements
