Work Out, Get Fit Thread

I got a shoulder injury that I'm not sure what happened but I can't do any fly variations at all and some of my push variations hurt also

It's really strange too cause it seemed like it just happened overnight
 
Was the longest an injury has kept y'all from the gym

Two weeks. First time pushing 420 on the leg press back around '07. Geeked 'cause it took me a hot minute to get to that point. First couple of reps was normal but on (I think) the third my butt shifted in the seat as I was bringing the weight down. Had to lock that shit and get out from under it. I could barely walk 'cause my lower back was hurting so much. I could barely sit in my car and everything.
 
This gym I joined be having us hit those adductors hard. Put that resistance band around your thighs and act like a dog pissing on a hydrant. Never thought I’d experience such pain in my hips.
