yeah its strange i been in a couple battles now and I only have control of one of the three people in my party. Cant even give the others instructions on shit to do so far. Not sure if thats gonna change down the line or not

You will only control main char. Been confirmed you can't control others.. in fact when it was 1st announced you we didnt even know if he had ither party members... Beyond him and actions to the dog you only control him. Downloaded but haven't played yet.

As a kid, I only ever really knew about FF from the cinematics, so I was surprised when it was turn-based.

Oh...lol That actually makes sense. Considering the leap in graphical quality, FFXVI gameplay probably doesn't look that far from the cinematics of older games.
