If you threaten someone, menace them, and physically make contact wit them during those actions, you've just committed assault and battery. This is what the tranny did. It's in the video, you can't argue with it. You saw it, I saw it, we all saw it. This is indisputable.
Dude had every right to beat the snot outta that nigga in self defense. Since NC does not require you to attempt flight for self preservation before engaging in a physical confrontation, and because tranny nigga was already standing, blocking him from moving away and, thus, had the tactical advantage over the dude who was still seated, bruh-man's only option was to remove tranny-nigga from his presence with force. Tranny-nigga got that ass knocked out and this is where the fight SHOULD have ended. Where dude went wrong, and I've said this several times, was with them boot stomps to the head. That was overboard and this is something we ALL agree on.
Back inna day, if the aggressor in a fight got beat down, and there were witnesses to that individual being the aggressor, there's no way that individual could come back and claim "victim". No... you were on your fuck shit, got dat ass beat, now go over to the corner and cry to yourself.
And these days what's really the fuck shit is that homosexuals, transpeople, and women are automatically given "victim" status no matter their level of involvement with some shit popping off which simply ain't right and is incredibly dangerous.
