Hopefully he gets a competent lawyer that can make the case that he was acting out in the heat of the moment. Shit, if a cop does something similar they'll say the same thing so dude should be able to use this as an excuse as well. Niggas need to learn not to put their hands on folks or even to raise up like you're going to.

I'm not sure what video you're watching, but that tranny clearly was out and not able to defend itself like two punches in. You can't just keep beating on a person that poses no reasonable threat to you anymore just because that person started the shit. If everyone else in the vicinity can see and comment on the fact that the tranny was done, the guy beating it doesn't really have a leg to stand on.
 
Fair.. I mean the kicks were too much but at the same time you gotta know that during a heated exchange if you all in somebody face like that then thats you just askin to get yo ass whooped.

Then as if thats not already enough dude decides he gone take it a step further while everybody watching and not just touch this nigga but touch his fuckin face.. hell naw.

I mean besides we all know what was gonna happen if ole boy didnt do anything. He was prolly gone keep that shit going before eventually swinging on him so dude just beat him to the punch, literally.

You also can't discern when the person is no longer a reasonable threat so quickly. Pretty sure we've seen a cat that everyone thought got slept get up and mollywop a muhfucka by surprise 'cause he turned his back. Nope, he's good up to dropping that first stomp. That's where he went wrong.

HOWEVER...

Under North Carolina's self defense laws he had every right to actually kill the tranny if he claimed he felt it necessary for his own self preservation. After all those threats and shit dude would have been well within his rights to put a bullet in the tranny's head because NC allows deadly force as a self defense response, so there's a bit of a gray area here that his legal defense can maneuver to get him off. If he could have pulled out the biscuit and shot the tranny, then there may be legal room for them head stomps.

I'm just quoting the law over there. NC has had "Stand your Ground" in place since 2011.

The one problem dude will have is that "DIE BITCH!" he yelled with that last head stomp. In NC that can change the whole dynamic of this case.

Nah, nothing about it indicated it happened out of malice towards trannies. Tranny nigga threatened dude several times, got up in his face, then violated dude by mushing his head. You can't be the aggressor in an altercation then yell "hate crime" when it goes wrong and you wind up leakin vitals on the floor.
