Not sure there is any easier and more convenient way to add protein into your diet than plain Greek yogurt

17g protein in every 2/3 cup is crazy
 
Played full court ball for the first time since before Covid.

Didn’t do half bad. Didn’t do half good either, lol.

Damn shame to put my body through this for 45 minutes of underwhelming glory. The ghost of my Achilles injury haunting me like a mf right now.

But hey…ball is life. 😂

About to hit the church to play full court ball again.

Last couple of times I’ve had to ice my calf and Achilles down afterward. I ran a couple of days this week so hoping with hooping last Monday and the runs the recovery is better.
 
Oh yeah I guess I could’ve brought it up but I turned one of the rooms in my house into a home gym

I just have to wait for the rest of the floor mat for the room to come tomorrow and I’m done
