Work Out, Get Fit Thread

My primary leg exercise is now almost exclusively Bulgarian split squats, I do massive drop sets then move to the other leg.

Using a broom stick like this for stability is a game changer once you hit a certain level of fatigue.

I was surprised how expensive bikes are. and how are the decent priced ones are to find right now

Ofc there's always going to be higher end for more of the enthusiasts type but normally, you could get a nice bike for around $200 or less.

But since Covid, they have been hard to keep in stores
 
Funny how the pandemic couldn’t keep me out the gym but as soon as this cold weather hit I took a week off lol

Apparently my shoulder is not a fan of doing rows right after heavy bench press

Can already tell this shit gonna nag me for a while smfh

Can’t even do one pull-up right now
 
I'm now in the 400/300/300 club
