Got stuff bro. Its always better when you have your workout written down. Tracking your progress is key!The 2 HIIT workouts I did this week. I lifted today but I haven’t taken a pic of the board yet. I use my little girls old chalk/white board, lol. The first one for time I think I did in a little over 20 minutes.
