Salute bro!I was actually 175lbs earlier in the year but I'm down to 166lbs. I want to get down to 150-155lbs.
[I have cerebral palsy which affects my legs in general from walking to standing and I really don't need the excess weight on my body]

So I've been bullshittin' for a hot minute but decided this morning to pull out the p90x joints and run it. Decided to pick the legs and back video to see how far I could get.
... I got 37 seconds into the warmup and had to sit my ass down. Legs outchea feelin like jello and shit. Quads threatened to lock up and cramp just trying to sit down and I'm breathing heavy and shit.
Nah, it ain't 'posta be this way. But... I'mm keep doing it a little at a time. Eventually I'll get used to it and be able to go further into the videos. Mad disgusted in myself over this shit.

When I first tried that shit I was in my early 30’s. Bought that shit confident like “it’s all body weight, I’ll be fine.”
Felt like I sprained my entire leg and I wasn’t even 10 minutes into the first video I tried. I made the mistake of skipping the first few and jumping into an intermediate disc.
