Work Out, Get Fit Thread

Soooooooo

Today, I did my first v sit pull up. I only did one to see if I could do it and to my surprise, I did that shit with ease. I was mad at myself for not getting my homeboy I work out with to record it and it felt like I could've done more

Then, I did a 1RM of 225 on the flat bench. I again was pleasantly shocked.

Had to take the week off from the gym. Came down with some flu like symptoms after I had a procedure done on my mouth the week before.

I'm back at it Monday though
 
Mainly burn fat. I'm pretty serious about my diet and training, so i can't tell how good it works or not but i still use it and satisfied by the my results
Might have to try it out. I’m not so serious about my diet but I try, lol. Maybe this will help a little.

What other supplements do you use? I’m so confused because there’s so much out there. Anybody else can reply too.
 
I do a pre workout on workout days. Multivitamin and fish oil tablets daily.
Protein shake post workout.

Probably need to add the L-Carnitine.

Do you workout every day?
Try L-Carnitine for a month and see. Maybe it'll help you or you'll save money lol
I work out monday-friday and take the weekend off. What about you?
