I did this 2 years ago

1. I did 17 days straight but my body needed a rest, shit started to hurt and lock in. I took 2 days off and did them every other day.

2. Also you do need to do pull ups while doing 100 push ups a day. Push ups and pull ups work together. It’s like working one arm (push ups) and not the other (pull ups)


3. If you do try these 100 push ups a day every day, make sure you stretch before and after.

4. You will do your push ups faster and want to do more after 2 weeks

I use to do push-ups ages ago i can't even remember when i stopped i need to get back on it..
 
Have you always worked out or is this a new initiative? If new props to you for sticking to it. If not still props, just a bit less, lol.


Usually when I’m traveling I get to the hotel in the evening so I grab dinner and then try to work out before midnight. I got lucky this time because I had the whole day off so I took full advantage of it
 
Fucking thunder thots taking over the gotdamn cable machines. So I can’t hit focus like I want.

Fortunately we got these 30 pound kettlebells that I can compensate with.

I've been adding 100g of egg whites to my two brown eggs and a slice of cheese
 
Smh my labs still came back the same

Its never been even slightly a problem its mildly annoying rn

I thought i was going a better job on pushing back on certain shit
 
Crazy how I’m on keto and fasting and I haven’t lost weight in a week

I find that I like to get the majority of my daily calories before like 2. I eat like 3 "meals" before 1 when I'm working from home. They usually go like

Meal 1 - oatmeal, walnuts, blackberries (pre workout)
Meal 2 - two homemade egg muffins (post workout)
Meal 3 - protein shake (snack)

This is close to 1800 calories give or take.
 
Put the lil light vest on after a long while without it.. for chins an dips had took off and switched from pullups because arms were killing
