DemocratsWho are the leaders in these Black communities that were VOTED in to represent them?
Democrats
Got damn this is a real ass response(He ain't dropping out)
But let's say he does for arguments sake,
If Biden drops out, Kamala Harris 100% has to be the nominee at the TOP of the ticket.
Now you have to weigh the Pros and Cons of Biden dropping out.
Pros:
Cons:
- Guarantees a younger POTUS if Dems win which resets the field for the next generation.
- Will most likely rejuvenate the younger voter base and increase their turnout (marginally).
- Will show a stark contrast between the two parties and make the Republicans look older which will help turn *some* young Republican voters or young voters that come from Republican households and communities.
- Black women will vote in historic numbers for Kamala which she will 100% need.
- Money. Nobody in the party can raise as much money as Joe Biden. That goes with him if he drops out. It's July. Election is in 107 days.
- The fracture it would show publicly in the party is GUARANTEED to turn away voters (Black women) which is not something Dems can afford to do right now.
- Statistically, Joe Biden is one of the most accomplished President's in modern history. He has gotten a lot of shit done regardless if niggas don't wanna hear it or don't think that it's enough (It's never going to be enough under a single term or even a single POTUS run though). If he drops out, the odds of his replacement being more successful will be severely impacted. Statistically.
- The gains for getting rid of Biden are marginal at best. Look at the pros I listed. Elections aren't won in surveys and private polls. They're won on Election Day in November. The Pros I listed will have minimal impact on Election Day which is what really matters.
- Timing. It's too late. This would be like firing your coach in April when you already locked up Home Court Advantage. You knew who he was when you started the season and the nigga still got you HCA. Why are you firing him in April? You have to replace him with somebody who is already on the staff too (Kamala) because you aren't going to change out your entire coaching staff in April for a playoff team with HCA. You're stuck.
- Nobody in the party can get the Big 3 Democratic voting pillars as easily or as impactful as Biden can. Those big 3 pillars are
- Black women
- Rust belt voters (Progressives mainly)
- Big donors
- Biden combines all 3 better than any other Democrat RIGHT NOW. That's why he's the nominee and that's why he won in 2020. Some nominees can get Black women and Big donors but they will do poorly in the Rust Belt (Kamala). Some nominees can do great in the Rust belt but they will get destroyed by Black women and Big donors (Bernie). Some nominees will do well in all 3 areas but simply not as well as Biden would, and not well enough to beat a candidate like Trump (Beto, Mayor Pete, Big Gretch, Newsome)
Got damn this is a real ass response
But if the calls for him to step down are coming from other establishment Dems and the major donors then at some point don't they have to just pull the trigger? It's not 100% accurate but this is the playbook. Niggas just don't like the coach. He wins though. Niggas playing for Bill Belichick in racist ass Boston but they know they have their best shot at a ring playing there so..........
A lot of people want to fire BB and replace him with a Mike Tomlin or a Sean McVay. You know a younger coach that can change things up, whether it's on offense or in the locker room. The thing that those people are disregarding though is that BB has built up about as solid of a coaching resume as you can have. He won as a coordinator and a HC. The fans that have been around for a long time love him because they know he wins. You can't take that away from them and then expect those fans t just ride with the new guy. They are not going to offer the same unwavering support for the new guy like they did with BB.
Now Jerod Mayo was always in BB's system and they elevated him from within (Kamala). Plus he's Black and young. So they are getting the best of both worlds with that hire. They're keeping those ties to BB who is the establishment that the fans and the team TRUST, and they are getting the youth, diversity, and different perspective from Jerod Mayo that can get things back on track and moved forward into the future.
In this sense, Joe Biden is BB. He is the establishment Democrat that has the best resume. Proven track record and proven winner. Joe Biden has NEVER lost a General Election. Every winning Democratic ticket since 2000 has had him on it. Niggas need to really think about who they are trying to replace and at what time.
NE ain't firing BB mid season. That was never going to happen. If they were going to move on from BB, it was always going to be in the offseason and the new guy was always going to come from within the establishment. (Jerod Mayo)
Kamala Harris is Jerod Mayo to Joe Biden's Bill Belichick.
Niggas just need to chill and see the whole playing field.
There's a subset of voters just like there were a subset of fans that were past ready to move on from the leader, Biden or BB. Those people are failing to realize though that the majority of the base is still riding with the leader and even if they aren't riding with the leader (Biden, BB) they want the next leader to be that young, diverse, candidate that is already on the team. (Harris, Mayo)
The data backs this. Niggas just ain't trying to hear it and I get it. Better vote though, because of the other muthafucka wins, you won't be complaining about who the coach is. Might fuck around a lose the whole team while they move to another city and he drives them to the point where they aren't even in the league anymore.................Who's coaching the team will be a moot point by then.
