Ask someone in the film industry why we keep seeing the same black actors in black movies. Homie said that these film company put black movies on a tight budget and time frame for completion. Said that directors want to tell their story more than anything, and they just want professionals that know how to play a role.

That's why we get Gabby U as the bitch, Micheal Tai as the sensitive but tough dog, Morris Chestnut as the simp, and chick from Empire as the plucky black woman, or the victim.
