Work Out, Get Fit Thread

Just forced another tin of tuna down my throat, one thing I have realized lately is that if you wanna be in prime condition you need to eat the boring shit and that is harder and a lot less fun that the working out part.

Squats
Front Squats
Kettlebell lunges
Farmers walk
Box jump
Mountain climbers
