It’s really that simple. AEWs biggest issue is creative. Tony needs more people in his circle who have experience to make better creative decisions

And lest not forget...AEW is still relatively new. Very new compared to WWE & WCW.

Every wrestling company goes thru issues. So to be "shocked" at AEW's issues is funny to me. Folks thought AEW was immune from that? Lol!

That’s why they need to run the gist of their promos by creative. Tony gotta stop letting them say whatever they want without consulting him first. As much as I hated Vince McMahon in the later years, at least he was the filter and had a good idea what his talent was gonna say

All these talent and not enough room for tv time and etc. The 1 advantage is that WWE has is that 3hr time on Raw. So one of them hours could be filled. But I can see some of the WWE vets having issues with the "outsiders" or returnees taking up "space"

lol I know am I’m against everything being completely scripted but at least Vince had control of that. Just run the promo by Tony so he knows what you’re gonna talk about. Doesn’t seem so hard

Booker fighting ol boy still not worse than what's going on in present aew. In a short amount of time you need a sit down because everyone hates everyone else. The head booker has no clue what he's doing and instead of trying to be the boss he wants to be their friends which is the problem. You got your women's champ hiding in the bathroom because all the other women wanna break her face. Got old man Punk being disgruntled as usual pissing people off. No wonder talent wanna jump ship, they know they made the wrong decision
