the move to USA was probably to steal away viewers from AEW and so far it seems to be working

Nah, NXT is fine. Their biggest "flaw" is being in full sail. Outside of that the action is great week in and week out.

If wwe was serious about a true war with aew, they wouldn’t have nxt on the network because fans can watch it on the network the next day. WWE should pull the replay and just have nxt on Wednesdays if they really wanna know if it can have better ratings than aew

A new alternative that wants to be considered a big dog and in the same discussion as WWEs flagship shows is failing to pull in over a million viewers while going head to head w/ WWEs third brand that a lot of AEW fans still refer to as developmental. You don't see the problem?
RAW & SD are doing 2 million every.single.week no matter how bad the shows are and AEW can't even put a noticeable gap between themselves and NXT. They've got a long way to go.

A bit formulaic, not really must-see TV, no real characters outside of Dream, No star power, too much talent that's not being used, overbooking main events, no-selling. I mean it's still a good show, but nxt does have flaws. Just like AEW does

Those flag ship shows are only pulling in around 2 million viewers at most. AEW and NXT share most of the same core audience. Take NXT off of USA and AEW is most likely pulling close to Smackdown and Raw numbers. Being pawns in Vince's pettiness to monopolize the industry.
Agree with most of this. Both shows have issues with no selling. I despise this. Think I’m gonna make a “what do you hate about the current state of wrestling” thread soon

Also why are you comparing the ratings of a show that has been on for 5 months from a promotion that has only been up for about a year to shows that have been around for decades from a promotion that has been around even longer with even more mainstream attention?
