just the way it works in Washington, I’m learning. It can take up to 10 days. They say if they don’t call you by the 10th day, you can pick it up.
It only took 4 days for me to get the P365X so I’m hoping that maybe this one will take just as long

I did some digging and apparently the fine print says that after 10 days, it’s at the discretion of the FFL to give it to you.

it’s my first time dealing with this particular FFL. It’s not the people at the gun store’s fault. It’s Washington state law and the police department that is responsible for doing/clearing the background check. They taking their sweet fuckin time and dragging ass.
the gun store itself just playing babysitter at this point.
