Yes it’s like nobody understands that of fivio had a great debut he would’ve essentially replaced pop smoke and pop smoke had phenomenal potential and established it in a short amount of time

Fivio coulda been huge

People are just looking at it as drill wouldn’t have been big and fivio never showed he could be huge

Dude tried and tried and tried and tried to make hits that never caught on to the masses. Def Jam didn’t know how to market his Mood Muzik shit because rapping about feelings wasn’t cool or popular in mainstream rap. His debut album sold 500k and after a major personnel shake-up at Def Jam, he was shelved.

It takes more than Music to be “big” or replace somebody. Fivio didn’t have the charisma or personality of Pop Smoke. How high can the ceiling be for an artist who isn’t that charismatic and has a limited skill set with a regional sound?
