Getting the jerk seasoning really inside and up inside the chest plate is key to not drying it out and have it nice and moist with flavor since breast usually takes the longest to cook
 
Did you make the sauce from scratch or store bought?
Everything from scratch except for the actual jerk seasoning but alot more went into it.

Say mane you got to post up if you new to this section. But I didn't even cook anything wanted a prime rib but didn't even buy it. Just went to family house and had the usual greens,ghetti,Mac and cheese, ribs,ham all that other shit
