I already said atleast 20 times that the rules aren't up to me. It's about what the members feel should be ban worthy or not.

I've been talking shit to you geeks on here for 3 plus years and more if you count the IC, it doesn't matter to me. But every member isn't like me. Some members want to be able to converse on here without being called out their name, their kids being talked about, etc.


I'll ask again, what do YOU feel is ban worthy?

I'm on a sports forum that has a lot more restrictions than this place. That one has a language filter and an insta ban on any porn/nudity because they said it'd mess up their google adsense account. You can get suspended for pictures/memes/gifs with curse words in it
But that place has suspensions that are temporary and bans that are permanent. They do explain when someone is suspended or banned though.
The mods are regular posters that log into their mod account(named moderator 1, 2, 3 etc.)and stay anonymous
I like that this place doesn't have a lot of restrictions besides the obvious that everyone already mentioned. It's a lot more free on here

Introduce a strike system going forward.

If a mod gets accused AND taken to court (I don't subscribe to this bullshit but it's not just about me) and its decided by jury or judge they were modding unjustly they get a strike. After a certain amount of strikes theres a suspension of privileges like banning, name changes etc. After that a permanent demotion to jr mod where they dont have access to those privileges.
