The bigger question is that it was confirmed that it was not Meg's or Kelsey's gun. That leaves two other people. Tory and his driver Jaquon. Neither of them took the stand to defend Tory.

Will somebody watching after midnight from their balcony be able to tell the difference amongst shots let off? They have physical bruises from getting beat up. So you basically are saying that all of meg and Kelsey's injuries are from them fighting each other and all Tory and Jaquon did was break them up? Even though Kelsey's interview stated that Tory was beating both of them up and Sean Kelly said that Tory was beating them up.
Tory even called an apologized on a jail call. he wasn't apologizing for the fucking because he even said on that same call that he didn't even remember what they were arguing about. So if he doesn't remember what they were arguing about it can't be him fucking both of them. What else could the lil nigga be apologizing for?
It would interesting to review the original police reports etc as it may state where the gun was found exactly in the car. Not saying that inherently gives ownership but if it was hidden under the front passenger's side, I think that was what was leaning it towards it being tory plus it was his car and driver
