Tory and Jaquon did not testify so you can only say that the gun doesn't belong to Meg or Kelsey. You can't say that for Tory or Jaquon because they didn't testify.

So if the gun is unregistered.. and nobody cops to it being theirs.. what determines whos catching that charge of posession? Im guessing since Kelsey has immunity it falls on Tory then?

The state that the crime occured in (California) and where the gun was found (where Tory was sitting in the car) determines who is catching that charge of possession. The only thing that can stop Tory from catching that gun charge would be Jaquon saying that the gun is his and eating the charge for him but he didn't testify now did he?

It would interesting to review the original police reports etc as it may state where the gun was found exactly in the car. Not saying that inherently gives ownership but if it was hidden under the front passenger's side, I think that was what was leaning it towards it being tory plus it was his car and driver

It's been said because Kelsey reneged on that on the stand despite telling the police otherwise so people who tend to lean Tory is innocent will go with that one because it helps him. And somehow her telling two different stories and either lying to the police or lying on the stand doesn't get the same "she's lying you can't believe her" reaction because to some only 1 person lies matter in a situation involving 3 people who've all lied publicly and another apparently admittedly to the police.
