The Game Is The Game
When and where was that confirmed?
Sworn testimony
That's not true, nobody know who the gun belong to
No, what you meant to say was that the gun doesn't belong to anyone who testified which of the four parties involved that would only include Meg and Kelsey. Tory and Jaquon did not testify so you can only say that the gun doesn't belong to Meg or Kelsey. You can't say that for Tory or Jaquon because they didn't testify.
So if the gun is unregistered.. and nobody cops to it being theirs.. what determines whos catching that charge of posession? Im guessing since Kelsey has immunity it falls on Tory then?
The state that the crime occured in (California) and where the gun was found (where Tory was sitting in the car) determines who is catching that charge of possession. The only thing that can stop Tory from catching that gun charge would be Jaquon saying that the gun is his and eating the charge for him but he didn't testify now did he?
