Tory Lanez Sentenced to 10 Years for 2020 Shooting of Megan Thee Stallion

- If Kelsey had the gun first how would she know where it was if it were not hers and in her belongings.
- That's why EJ's testimony was important regarding the woman's bags, putting them in the back and one of those bags later being in the front. Especially in conjunction with the homeowner's statement about a woman firing first.

We're not in the courtroom to know how Tory's attorney attacked that charge but he could easily raise doubt on that allegation as well. Regardless of it being his vehicle.

You can't in anyway confirm that Tory shot Megan. You can't do it. You can assume he did, think he did, feel he did. But you don't know that shit. There's a very real possibility that Kelsey shot her, a very real possibility that the gun went off during a struggle that could have even involved Megan herself.

There's just no way of knowing, not with "Diplomatic Immuity" Kelsey contradicting herself on the stand, not with Megan's changing stories and flat out lying about events, not with an independent witness stating that the first shots came from the women before the men were even involved.

That's pretty much rumor. Could have easily been kicked out because she caught Tory and Kylie together

These don't mean anything considering Kelsey isn't willing to testify to these statements in open court

It's one thing to give a statement to the police

It's one thing to exchange text messages between two private parties

It's another thing entirely to testify to these events in open court when the physical evidence and witness testimonials contradict said events

Those messages paint Tory as a monster. Why not testify to that on the stand?

Foul as hell. These bloggers continuously being leaked shit has definitely skewed opinions on this. From the beginning with the shit Tory's team was pulling til now with this. I wouldn't be shocked if one or more got hit with a civil suit after this shit from either side
 




Yeah the women on the jury probably still staring hard at him with that "this case is about sexual relationships" quote wasn't smart.

From a journalism aspect it's interesting to see journalists who work for actual publications going after the bloggers and podcasts covering it. Specifically that Milagro woman. They pulling up tweets of hers and Tory's showing they've been in communication before the trial started. NoJumper, Joe Budden podcast, and a couple others done caught some fire too.

Those journalist from actual publications seem to be pro Meg while No Jumper and the rest you posted seem to be pro Tory so that might be a reason
