Depends if it's green or yellow plantain and how ripe it is. Green plantain is more dry bitter tasting with a tougher texture. A extra ripe yellow plantain is sweet af and the texture is soft.

I remember 1 time when I was about 15 I put mad Vaseline in my hair fuckin’ around seeing what it would look like...MY NIGGA!! Nigga shit look like Pat Riley circa ‘85...then I put so much of it in my hair tha water was just beadin’ up and rollin’ off my shit...I was in tha shower for like 3 hrs lmao...I almost just shaved my shit off but after a full bottle of my sister’s shampoo and conditioner I was straight...never put anything in my hair since
