Depends if it's green or yellow plantain and how ripe it is. Green plantain is more dry bitter tasting with a tougher texture. A extra ripe yellow plantain is sweet af and the texture is soft.

I don’t understand why people use shampoo when soap washes hair just fine. Maybe just victims of marketing by shampoo companies? I don’t think I’ve used shampoo in at least a decade.
