Aint no considering, HE WILL DROP out. Mega donors are most likely forcing a change. These articles are for preparing the public of the change. They are most likely figuring out who to pass the torch to. Its between Whitmer and Harris. Harris only because campaign finance laws on the money they raised and they cant pass that on to the new candidate only to a SUPER PAC
