I'm thinking maybe it should only be applied if it's over a certain amount. Is that's whats being proposed or is it across the board?
Only thing I can remember off top is for net worths over $100 million I think

I'm thinking the logic might be is that when folks are at that level they use those unrealized gains as leverage or collateral to get capital from somewhere else for them to use and play with to make even more bread
Yeah I heard about that. But with anything there has to be some drawbacks to it that affect ppl under those net worths. And curious how it would work when there are value losses.
Just want to hear both sides of it thoroughly debate it.
