Eh, there’s avenues. Republicans can’t fall back now though. They have to actually work now and that’s why this is bad for them.

Republicans are not popular and their politics suck outside of their base.

It's not great for Trump, but unless he's face to face with Kamala then it's a huge uphill battle for Kamala to win the election. And she's not even for sure the nominee. If they don't select Kamala that's a huge fracture in the party.

Trump is not going against Biden like in 2020 , he is going against Kamala Harris in 2024 who is not a white man ,who I believe will struggle in the Midwest and especially Florida. Hell she might lose Arizona and Georgia

Trump might lose AZ and GA too. Trump is also not more popular in any of those states.
