Middle school is when I started not caring and wanted to just hang out with friends. So I have more memories of out of school than in school

Sleep deprivation

Don't use the shit to the point where you start becoming reliant on it to go to sleep

After you use it a couple times you'll get sleepy on your own at some point. Listen to your body and fall asleep naturally.

Cuz otherwise you gon end up like me and be using the shit every night
