My fucking job man, end of the quarter incentive results. There's 8 things that need to be met.

Get 4 you get 400 dollars
Get all 8 you get 1000 dollars

Three guys get four and get 400
I get seven, but get nothing ..

Reason being, one of the things is sale our service to a current or non current customer.

Those guys got 3 things and sales

I got 7 but no sales, and so I get nothing

its shit like this thats why the job market in America is shit.

All the things they put on the specifics of the job that I do, I excelled at. And I get nothing cause I didn't do the job that another man is on staff to do.

Thats some damn bullshit. Jobs just dont make sense. We got this shit called flex schedule where if your numbers are good you can create you own schedule the next month. Im average af so i never get it. But a person can exceed money goal by thousands but get denied because you didnt have enough checks. Not logical
