Its ALOT of legwork, man hours worth of research, etc involved in wholesaling with no guarantee that the profit will exceed the level of effort.........cosign everything you said about him not being all the way truthful. Props to his hustle but I think he was really oversimplifying the process.

I feel like this is what people are doing with Real Estate in general. A lot of people are finding success in it, but it's not as easy as some think, especially when it comes to flipping houses. If you don't know what you're doing, it's easy to lose money.
