Supreme Court strikes down abortion | Update: Georgia Supreme Court is reinstating the state's 6-week abortion ban

Just admit that most of the arguments people are making in support of abortion are based on extenuating circumstances.


I.E............what if this happens...........what if that happens.........what if they have some obscure medical condition........etc.


Anything to deflect from the fact that most abortions don't fall into that category.


If they did, then one of you arguing for abortion would've thrown out that number a long time ago.


Something along the lines of........."90% of abortions are due to this.........80% are due to that............70% are because of this or that medical condition"


But you can't say it.


Why?


Because you know those numbers for what you're arguing aren't anywhere near 90...........80..............or 70 percent.


You can't even say they're anywhere near 50% either.


So all y'alll can resort to is fearmongering and deflection to make it seem like those rare cases are more common than they really are.


People are either gonna have to adapt..........or don't.


Make better decisions...............or not.


Move to another state or do whatever, but all those cop-outs aren't gonna fly anymore.

Clarence Thomas is a conservative Black man from the hell that was the South in the early 20th century. He grew up admiring Malcolm X and believed that America is irremediable. That White people are irredeemable. He read Richard Wright books. He left the seminary when Martin Luther King Jr. got shot.

He had no aspirations of becoming a Supreme Court justice.

Clarence Thomas' politics are not easily understood by modern day Black folks. He has no faith in American institutions. He doesn't believe White people will change. Therefore he believes that the best thing for Black people is to remove strip institutions of their power to bestow and conserve rights.

Conservatives love to talk about how much liberals and leftists hate America, but Black people like Clarence Thomas, legitimately hates America and have no faith in its ability to live up to the ideals it espouses.

Me and your back and forth has nothing to do with this post. You have still yet to address the position of allowing the government have control over what happens inside a woman’s body.

But I think it’s clear you’re ok with the government stepping in here because it somehow punishes a woman for being irresponsible. For me it’s about allowing the government to dictate something based on 6 people’s personal beliefs.

None of this has anything to do with whether or not the government should be able to regulate what people do with their bodies.
