Welcome To aBlackWeb

So I quit watching porn and masturbating.

I’m actually starting this. And no sex either

I realized I’m controlled to easily by my sexual desires and it impairs my judgement and mental health

I’m doing a 180 on a lot of shit

Is this when you changed your shit to "ignorance is bliss"....?

Googles uckers meaning.

"Depending on which definition you do with: Either means really great head or really bad head which could mean really great head as in 'she is a bad-ass bitch' meaning a good lady"

She is a good lady but her head game is not the best so I would class her as half uckers.

I swear dudes that stop masturbating always wanna over-exaggerate shit like they developed superpowers cause they stopped beatin it

They he like:

"My voice is deeper now!"

"I my beard connects now!"

"I'm not socially awkward anymore!"

" my children walk the earth with their heads held high now!" Etc.

What if I told you that if you went nofap (nh) that posters would give your memes LOLs????

I made a thread on the other site about this when I first started out trying to quit porn and masturbation but fuck that site this is a new day! so far I have managed to go over 150 days and wow this shit really is an eye opener to just how much porn is impacting society, I want to add a thread on here because I think this shit is important and needs to be shared with my fellow man and women in order for us to stomp out this disease, now I know you guys love porn shit there is a section on here just for it to be posted and I am not trying to attack you guys I am simply using this thread as a progress diary to log my thoughts and maybe even inspire some people who may have a porn addiction, OK now let me get to the benefits I have experienced so far..

1. I am no longer socially awkward and can speak to people with ease.

2. When I am not going through a flat line phase I wake up in the morning with a shitload of energy!

3. I am much calmer and handle things that would normally make me flip out with ease.

4. I have more free time to focus on things that matter instead of beating my dick to some fake pixels on a screen.

5. I enjoy real sex much more now that I am not watching porn.

6. My workouts are much tougher and I am making good progress.

I will add more thoughts as they come to me, so what do you guys think? does porn make you happy?

First off, I want to say congratulations. Second, I went through the same thing with last year, with cutting back on porn and all of that. No offense, but I honestly believe the 1 and 3 changes are just things in your head. And believe me, I used to be one of those guys who got gassed after cutting down on porn.

1) Social ineptitude and anxiety aren't formed from the amount of porn you consume. If you spend too much time by yourself, then obviously you're going to be socially awkward. SuperManuel has a point: Niggas cut back on porn, and act like they gained superpowers or some shit. It doesn't work like that.

3) If you aren't actively being selective about what you value and what you don't, you'll constantly be anxious. I hope that makes sense. If not, then I recommend reading "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck" by Mark Manson. That book saved my life.

Shit man, I still watch porn, but not as often as I used to, where I would habitually jack off. After the whole "METOO" hashtag, watching "She's Gotta Have It" (2017 Reboot), and Harvey Weinstein shitstorm, porn just ain't the same for me lol. Dave Chappelle sort of said the same thing in his recent Netflix stand-up special. But yeah, I'm glad things are working out for you, bruh.

Never thought about it like that. Thanks.

Thanks for your input, yea I have heard of that book before I should read it I keep telling myself to read more, No fap is just the start of it and not the only thing needed to be better, to me it has been the spark that has got me wanting to do better and be better and actually put in more effort, as far as superpowers I cannot fly like superman yet hopefully that shit is in the pipe line maybe when I get to day 200 lol there is without a doubt a psychological side to the good feeling you get because we love it when we achieve and show discipline But I also think some of the positive effects of no fap are biological too.

For me, still a battle. Things are starting to fall into place in other areas. Been adding the Sebi diet into my arsenal, feeling and looking better than I have and people have noticed too.
