Welcome To aBlackWeb

So how much longer are we going to pretend...

nigga you know im not lying.

critical thinking is not promoted here neither is diversity.

now tell me im lion

you are lying lol bruh coming from somebody who views black lbgqt issues and black women issues as a distraction but talking bout lack of diversity.

this thread is some Facebook bs “ men cheat because we don’t feel loved” or something like that. The cheater motivations don’t matter.

or maybe hes stirring up conversation to create teachable moments.

i dont think its nothing wrong from approaching discussions or conversations with an open mind to learn. regardless of who it is and what is said or asked.

being from different backgrounds can give way to different perspectives and thus learning from but not always agreeing with.

Yeah there's teachable moments however being teachable also means willing to be held accountable and that's the opposite of what the premise of this thread is...

the issues were a distraction because of the timing.
the lgbt community felt excluded at a time when BLM encompassed all black people. thus creating a division.

if we are moving as one.....why splinter off?

why are you not creating a thread for lgbt issues for it to stand alone? as it should. you want focused attention on problems, correct?

i asked you this before and nothing. does it not mean anything to you or not as important at this moment? lets go!

now.....tell me i called anything divisive when its brought up as a starting conversation setting. same with womens issues.

I wouldn't go all out to say the motivations dont matter. There very well could be a conversation about the differing motivations people have/had to cheat or come close to it. But framing it in a way that's trying to excuse their actions will lose most people as opposed to simply discussing those reasons and how those pitfalls can be avoided to help lessen the temptation which can be an actual discussion.

is it really?

so because i present a stance, and we start a discussion about it......i cant be taught how my stance could be wrong and should be more accountable for how i see things? or how are we taking the opposite of the T/S stance without taking into consideration that the other person is not accountable thus pushing a person into anothers arms?

we are making the assumption that we all hold the same standards and have the same background that makes us make the proper decisions.
so now everyone makes the best decisions?

no one has fault in their history or like black widow says "red in their ledger"?

so a crackhead should be hung too as well as a alcoholic, person watching porn while alone and in an relationship, and many other examples.

kinda like lacking understanding of another persons struggles i guess.

Close thread.

tired of you

...that everytime a high quality male steps out on his woman, it's because of something wrong with him?

The Lemonade/444 rollout was great. Wade retired with 3 rings. Tiger will forever be remembered as the greatest golfer in history.

That's all well and cute, but will we in the social stratosphere ever ask the question "Did Beyonce lack in anyway whatsoever?" Or is that a level of honesty that undermines the dominant narrative of masculinity?

What makes Jay Z a high quality male?

The reason we talk about the cheater in these scenarios is, quite obviously, they cheated.

Why they cheated I imagine would depend on the relationship. The reason no one asks if Beyonce drove Jay Z to cheat is because Jay-Z has given no indication that this is the case and life experience teaches us that he probably had no reason to cheat other than opportunity.

This is a strange thread

exactly.....shit aint so cut and dry.

what people think they wouldnt do now...doesnt mean they will have that same view later.

who am i to say whats right or wrong in a person life and actions when i dont walk in their shoes.

we are all humans and not perfect. your flaws dont out weight my flaws.
but respecting someones position while also not agreeing can open up alot more dialogue on other shit.

I made a thread like a year ago I think. My point is you can’t say people are being divisive when you are easily one of the most “we not talking about that right now” type of guy. Like we can’t focus on multiple things at once.

but anyway back to this topic

so should a person first give an indication?
so most dude cheat because of opportunity?

hmmm.

very interesting

how many times have you said that very thing to me?

you really want to play this game?

yea.

lets stay on topic.

Walking in a person's shoes are irrelevant for some things. Some things, just by the nature of what the action is and what it represents, are always inherently wrong, regardless of the series of events that lead up to it.

It's way bigger than culture or religion. As HUMANS, we've evolved in such a way where lying and being dishonest is universally understood to be wrong. For obvious reasons.

universally understood as wrong but at times necessary for a bigger purpose.

so what do you do then?
