so to your point...you dont think he lived white supremcy? is his work not trying to help people over that hump? maybe thats why he felt the need to do so much.....yet thats overlooked because he doesnt verbally say it.

so would you rather have a person verbally say it and do nothing or not mention it and do all he can?

this is one of the problems i have with our people....we always want to hear the right thing rather than looking for what we need to move us forward.

the bootstrap talk....he should be able to say if hes also providing a way to pull them up.
aint like hes just saying step it up and he goes home. hes providing ways and helps hundreds of families.

so are we that fucked up mentally and emotionally that we cant take criticism? criticism from someone who opened doors for us and gave from his pocket. he said dont blame white people for local shit like niggas killing each other or selling poison to pregnant women and kids yet driving expensive cars while preying on our community. them the dudes that got away with shit because no one is stopping them.

No one agrees that terrorizing your own neighborhood is good and that stick up boys is something to be proud of. As I already state there is levels of responsibility and every part has a blame in this issue. Parents can only do so much when your own government is putting drugs out, but they do have a level of responsibility same as the young men/boys/ and the government. Nothing exists outside of an enviroment and parents got more proactive in their children despite the breakdown of the family and crime is dropping at an all time low especially compared to the late 70's through the 90's.

And black people been strong people and been having to do strong shit to survive. We aren't losing our population, but instead growing at a healthy rate and more and more black men and women are getting better careers and skills. This is where we get in to about poverty and class. Is there a poverty mindset, sort of but it doesn't come out of nowhere. Poverty is a regulated way of living and this topic is much deeper than what is wrong with what Cosby said, but overall what he said was irresponsible. We are so use to receiving tough love messages when these messages aren't about love at all, but be respectable to white people in the end. It was a very conservative message in which our freedoms weren't fought in the conservative mindset but from the liberal mindset. Education is important, but without correcting any institutional errors like we have seen where people with good degrees working at burger king because no one would hire them.

Oh, P.S. we have due process for a good reason and no amount of stealing should have you assaulting or murdering someone. It's a very petty offense and they should serve jail time for that or banishment from establishment or whatever. This comes in the idea that materialism is over humanity, we don't know why that person is stealing or what their mindset is or are they having mental issue episode. These are things that we must consider, before we engage in savagery.

Before we can have this conversation we gotta acknowledge white supremacy and it’s role in creating the problems in black society and Pralims don’t want to acknowledge it or doesn’t want to talk about it he just wants to talk down on black people because that’s easy. Before I go any further in this conversation with @DOS_patos he gotta acknowledge white supremacy and it’s effects on black society if not then there isn’t any further we can go.

i dont talk down on my people...but i will call out dumb shit just like when someone calls me out for dumb shit.
but i wont wish jail on those that call me out.....i use it to look at if they are right and maybe i need to change something.....if they are wrong...so be it...if they are right ..so be it.
but im not above criticism nor being checked. i take in anything that will help better who i am.....
i can not blame anyone for my actions.

You know I was not in that Cosby thread at all, didn't even read it. If Cosby is a rapist then he needs to go to jail and same with all of those who done it. That's not really hard to understand. This speech has nothing to do with his criminal charges, even if he never raped no one, this speech deserves critique. Every public speech deserves critique whether good or bad. How else as a society do we get better? He had a critique for black americans and I have a critique on what he said and how he said it.

I’m not against calling out dumb shit. I’ve been asking you specific questions for the past week and you’ve ducked dodged and deflected from answering this question. Again I repeat did Bill have this same energy for white supremacy like he did for black people? Why are you dodging the question?

If black people can be criticized then so can Bill, he ain’t above it, and we know all the issues that exist in black society already so why do we need to continue to talk about it? Let’s talk about the people that created the dysfunction in the first place. But you rather talk down on black people because that’s easy.

And for the 2nd time certain people aren’t happy to see him go to jail, they’re pointing out how he was talking down on black people while absolving white supremacy only for white supremacy to take him down, that’s the irony.

Case in point... you really think Cosby is in jail because of a speech? What the hell does this speech have to do with anything related to his RAPE conviction (aside from making him a hypocrite) ?
 
and he was never absolving people for anything.

There is a method to my madness sir. And if you can’t acknowledge the existence of white supremacy then on this topic we can’t go further. To fix the problem you first have to admit the problem, if you’re an alcoholic you first have to acknowledge and admit that you’re an alcoholic, I can’t have a discussion with someone who’s willfully ignorant to the cause of the problems in black society while tearing down the most subjugated people on planet earth while absolving any blame on white supremacy.

I gave you an ultimatum because you’re so called willing to debate or “fight” like you call it. And I’m willing to debate you on this issue and based on your responses you don’t want to understand you want people to see things the way you see it, I’m willing to understand where you’re coming from but you’re stuck on your position without refusing to bend so why should I bend? i beleive my people are better than what they allow themselves to be.

and thats i why i go so hard trying to help and build up people that want it.
i do a ton of shit.....but at a point its like fuck it.....do it for what when niggas dont want shit for themselves.

and me admitting something or a name of a system wont happen.

well you can wait on that.....i got work to do to help my people past the system we know is there. i want to give them positive messages and statments like Black excellence.
 
When black people were self sufficient and rarely relied on white people we built our own thriving communities with universities, hospitals, communities that put white communities to shame and white supremacy tore those communities down, they burnt them to the ground, built freeways and highways thru them. So even when there were a lack of dysfunction white supremacy still had an issue with black people.
