I think its clear as day its their way to not push the Cody or Rock match early at the Rumble more so then having 2 title matches to strip off each one separately. One of those matches is def against The Rock if its a go.

that’s a lot of work for a cutter but it’s a great looking finisher

Only thing that could explain it is if they put they are trying to seperate both belts. Have the Raw and Smackdown belts on the line on seperate nights.







Maybe that's how they get a belt off of Roman by having him wrestle both nights
