Front Office Sports ran a report today, identifiyng WWE President Nick Khan and Brad Blum, WWE's Chief Operating Officer (and long-time Vince McMahon loyalist) as the unnamed Corporate Officers No. 1 and No. 2 from the Janel Grant lawsuit against WWE, John Laurinaitis and Vince McMahon.
Janel Grant's attorney told
FOS, when they were seeking to confirm their reporting, “I can confirm that these names are correct."
In response to the report, a WWE spokesperson told
FOS:
“WWE takes Ms. Grant’s allegations very seriously and has no tolerance for any physical abuse or unwanted physical contact. Neither Nick Khan nor Brad Blum, prior to the lawsuit being filed on January 25, 2024, were aware of any allegation by Ms. Grant that she was the victim of abuse or unwanted physical contact; nor does the complaint allege that either had knowledge of such.”
The story also identifies Corporate Officer No. 3 as Vince McMahon's daughter Stephanie McMahon, who exited the company when Vince returned with intentions to sell WWE, which was later sold to Endeavor and placed under the TKP banner. The story states she did not return request for comment.
Brian Nurse, WWE's former senior vice president, general counsel and secretary, was identified as Corporate Officer #4. Nurse did not respond to a request for comment.
