Organizational change and leadership.

She wants to reach the c-suite then go back into business for herself promoting organization in pharma and give back by teaching leadership skills to young ladies in inner-city environments.

I got family member going to 6th grade but they read on a 10th grade level. Might take them out there to LA and let my newly crowned Dr. folks see if they should go to a different more challenging school back here in DC.
