Another billion dollar idea..

For cust support that manages tech support for different cities and regions from one location.

Two different monitors, when a cust calls in, whatever city they are calling from. A little video pops up, and displays a walk through of their city.

So you send someone like google does with google maps. To do a 30 minute walk through of each city you service. Or you could be the company that provides to companies these videos.

It allows the rep to get a personal feel of the city the cust is calling from. Kills some of the monotony, and adds an extra layer of connection to employee customer relations.

I'm confused. Is this a service that would be provided to people who give tech support? Why would I need to know anything about a person's city to help them figure out how to turn their printer on.

I did. Hired a CPA after I bought my house 2 years ago. The max isn't enough. His example was at the end of the year my taxed amount should be about 10% of whatever I made that year. It was no where close to that lol.

Because customer service is more than customer service. When you deal with customers you have to build, maintain, or create a relationship.

So you are getting a call from someone in NY, and a video of a walk through time square pops up. You are hearing the accent, you are seeing the sites, its content for repoire there. It manifests a better bond to the cust.

Then you get a call from a person in Alabama. It brings ups a walk through bama, past the stadium for the tide. You are hearing the accents, seeing the site's, things you can say to build a bond.

It creates a more personal experience for both the employees and customers. Instead of just looking at a screen all day with company systems. You are also takin trips around the world

Oh ok. Well, damn, that's crazy, but he ain't lying. My taxed amount winds up being like 20%, so that's why I always wind up getting a refund.

Unless that shit can give them Indians an accent that can stop them from sounding like they're juggling balls in their mouths while they are trying to answer my question, I don't think your idea will help much.

Call centers over seas are not the only places where people help people deal with things remotely.

This can work for logistics, 991 centers, insurancecompanies, banks..its endless
 
Example .."I see you are calling from NY today, I'd love to visit there one day and try the pizza joint on 1st street (or whatever) you ever been there?"

Cust.."oh you talking bout Mike's pizza, aw man you gotta try it"

This is conversation going while you look through the account and resolve whatever issue you have with them.

Not only does it lead to possible up sells, that repoire helps them take bad news better

Fam..a good enough cst rep has gamed you with small talk in the past that you didnt even realize they was gaming you till now.

When you talk to a chick tryna fuck..you kick ya game up wit whateva small talk you kicking. You think that whateva you talking bout she is initially interested in talking about? Especially if shit is going on in her life that got her feeling a type of way

You get the digits walking away proud of ya mack and all she is aware of is that yall had a good convo. You dont give a fuck about whateva you was kicking..u interested in the Pawsee (bernie mac voice) ..

But she left that convo feeling like that it was good chemistry..theres levels b..

Bet money somebody done macked you over the phone..going to ya wife talking bout baby we just got a great deal..

Lol at taking 20-30 minutes longer so you can learn about the landmarks in my city. Like I want to talk to you. Can you troubleshoot my fucking problem please?

Why would a company pay you to do some shit they could just get their employees to do on their own.

Nah bruh. I'm about business on the phone. If I call the cable company to fix a problem. I don't want to hear anything but my problem being fixed and then I'm gone.
