I wonder what the cost difference was between settling and fighting this out in court... I bet that played a factor. In today's world of public opinion, ain't no difference between alleged and convicted.

I don't care how much metooing goes on, it's not going to change the fact that rape cases are hard. At the end of the day, they almost always turning to a he say/she say type thing. How can that be proven beyond a reasonable doubt?
