I agree with almost everything you posted.

I thought it was fine as a movie, but I can see what you mean about it probably being a great television show.

I also didn’t mind the flurkan part and it definitely wasn’t as bad as the screaming goats in the last Thor. Those things had no purpose to the story outside of comedic value and it wasn’t funny. The Flurkan actually helped saved the day and they did a solid job of setting it up from the beginning. I get why some wouldn’t like it though.
 
I'm a fan of the Flerkens. I hope they're around in future movies and shows.

Just finished watching this. Liked the dynamic between the 3 but wish they had explored more between Carol and Monica cause clearly that relationship is special to each of them. Anytime there were heartfelt moments, I wish they would let those moments linger instead of just rushing to the next thing. Glad they allowed Carol to have more of a personality in this. Editing was wonky, villain's reasoning was understood but still feel like she was underwritten. Iman (Ms. Marvel) is a star and I loved the stuff with her family. The Nick Fury we got here is so different from Secret Invasion that it's jarring lol (and not in a good way to me). Its a decent film, not top tier but it wasn't a chore to watch, theres some fun stuff in this. I don't think it's the worst MCU film overall.

Like the setup we're getting for Young Avengers and the post-credit is a sign of what we're getting in the Multiverse Saga

The editing in the movie does a disservice to the film foreal, the script is ok at best

Brie, Teyonah and Iman did the best they could with what they were given
