yup. no issue here. I think it benefits all parties, men who are trying to evade child support can't dodge the dna results and women who are uncertain of the father get their answers then and there.

private dna testing is expensive so really, the gov would be doing a public good by doing free dna testing upon birth

They are close but not 100

So if u test 100% of newborns u bound to get a false result.

you're not "required" to sign anything....you can be in the bathroom when they bring that shit and thats just that

Mandatory no. It should be easy tho and not exspensive. Hospital my daughter was born in didnt do paternity tests tho had to get through child support. Test in my case was a waste of time and i had to apologize.
